The BNOC’s very own Charil Fuhrer has been recognized as the 2020 Richland County Outstanding Senior Citizen.
And quite frankly, we’re not surprised. While Charil is too humble to admit it, she has been a force at the BNOC (and in the community at-large) ever since she set foot through our doors.
